- Vitamins of group B and C (water-soluble) are taken during or after meals.
- Vitamins A, E, D, K (fat-soluble) are taken with food containing fat (for example, eggs, meat, salads with oil).
- All multivitamins are taken with food. Vitamins A and E, D and K are combined with each other.
- It is better to take calcium in the evening, during dinner.
- Magnesium should be taken at night (the main dose), if there is no drowsiness, then you can take 1/3 of the dose during the day.
- It is best to take iron half an hour before meals. Not compatible with calcium and zinc.
- Zinc is best taken with a nice meal as it can cause nausea.
- All fibers (fiber) are taken an hour before a meal or at night 3 hours after dinner, not earlier.
- Omega 3 must be taken with a meal containing fat.
- Antioxidants such as resveratrol, astaxanthin, vitamin E, coenzyme Q10 are fat-soluble and are best taken with fatty food.
- Probiotics are taken either in the morning on an empty stomach or during meals.
All should be washed down exclusively with WATER.
If for individual reasons you cannot take it on an empty stomach, then take it after
or while eating. Nothing terrible or critical will happen, supplements will simply be absorbed longer.
